DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MODELS
The manufacturing process begins with the drawing and design of models according to the specific requirements of each customer. Design is carried out entirely using CAD-CAM modelling software, enabling examination of the three-dimensional structure and allowing intervention where issues arise that could affect subsequent production stages. Once completed, the prototype is ready to be passed on to the following production phases.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MOULDS FOR ALLOYS AND PLASTICS
In addition to model design and production, the company's technical department specialises in manufacturing steel moulds for the casting of alloys and plastics. Moulds are produced using the latest generation CNC machinery, with increasingly innovative processes that keep pace with continuously evolving production requirements.
DIE-CASTING AND SILICON RUBBER MOULDING
The company operates 6 OLEOPRESS injection presses ranging from 25 to 150 tonnes, and 4 NICEM centrifugal machines equipped with barcode readers. Die-casting is used for the production of high-volume or scheduled parts, for technical components with tight dimensional tolerances, and for large-format items. Silicon rubber moulding is used for medium and small production runs and prototype parts. The full working cycle runs 24 hours a day.
VIBROFINISHING
The company operates a vibrofinishing department, the stage at which raw components are cleaned of moulding residues, with a daily loading capacity of approximately 4,000 kg. The processing cycle runs at full capacity 24 hours a day, and the service can be carried out on a wide variety of materials including zamak and ABS.
