DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF MODELS
The process begins with the design of the models according to the specific needs of customers. The design is made entirely with software modelling CAD - CAM, so you can examine the three-dimensional structure and be able to act if issues that could affect the subsequent production phases. Once completed, the prototype is ready to be sent to the following production steps.
DESIGN AND DIES ALLOYS AND PLASTIC
The technical department of the company, in addition to the design and construction of models is specialized in the production of steel moulds for casting alloys and plastics. The moulds are made through the use of CNC machines last generation, and with more and more innovative processes and in step with the evolving production needs.
DIE-CASTING AND SILICON RUBBER MOLDS
The company has 6 die-casting machines OLEOPRESS with diversified powers from 25 tons to 150 tons, and 4 NICEM centrifugal machines, equipped with barcode reader. The die-casting is used for the production of parts with large print runs, for the production of technical parts with tight dimensional tolerances, and for large particulars. The silicon rubber is used for the realization of medium or small series and "pilot" articles. The full work cycle is 24 hours per day.
VIBROFINISHING
The company has a department of vibrofinishing, that is the phase in which the articles blanks are cleaned from the residues of the moulding, with a load capacity of about 40 daily q.li. The processing cycle at full speed is 24 hours per day and the service may be carried out on a great variety of materials, zamak, ABS, etc.
